Terms and Policy

BOOKING POLICY:

  • Same Day Tours: 15% of the total tour cost amount needs to be paid in advance for the confirmation of the booking.
  • Same Day Tours by Train: 20% of the total tour cost amount needs to be paid in advance for the confirmation of the booking.
  • Multi Day Tours: 25% of the total tour cost amount needs to be paid in advance for the confirmation of the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Incase of cancellation, 10 days prior to the travel date, 90% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Incase of cancellation, 05 days prior to the travel date, 75% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Incase of cancellation, 02 days prior to the travel date, 10% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • No Refund will be paid in case of NO SHOW.
  • For X- mas and New Year period from 20 Dec - 05 Jan, the amount is Non Refundable.
  • The Wildlife Safaris booked are all Non Refundable. Even the date change is considered as cancellation and no payment can be adjusted for it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • For meals and beverages, Treasure Trip India, is not responsible for the quality, hygiene and price of the food etc. at any Dhaba, Restaurant or Hotel etc
  • The itineraries presented on this website are sample itineraries that provide an idea of the trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.
  • Kindly carry your Address Proof with you.

  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred, directly or indirectly, due to any circumstance that is beyond our control like: natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  • Safety of your personal belongings during or after availing our package is your sole responsibility.

  • Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary
  • Mandatory gala dinner on 24th December and on 31st December for multi day tours.
